Looking Glass Community Services is looking for a passionate Clinical Supervisor who can be responsible for culturally informed, anti-racist, gender affirming, equity focused, quality, effective clinical supervision of mental health therapists, substance use counselors, and interns, and the provision of effective, quality mental health treatment to Counseling Program clients.

Qualified staff must be an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and must be certifiable as a Qualified Mental Health Professional. You should have the full-time equivalent of 3 years of experience working in direct treatment with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and / or substance abuse issues, and their families. This position has a schedule of Monday - Friday, generally 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with some early evenings.
