Professional Credit is a leader in the accounts receivable management industry, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective financial solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Supervisor in Training . This role is designed for someone eager to develop leadership skills while contributing to a high-performing collections team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing daily collections operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support, mentor, and motivate collections representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze collection metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Training entails an in-depth overview with all departments, including but not limited to Legal, CHD, Trust and Client Experience.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and training programs.
- Participate in leadership training and development to transition into a supervisory role.
