Reporting directly to the Director of Poker Marketing, this position is responsible for writing, planning, and executing promotional campaigns targeting key business KPIs, including acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role also involves working cross-functionally with teams in creative, CRM, and other departments to ensure promotions are effectively launched and supported. The Marketing Manager will manage the promotion calendar, create accurate terms and conditions for regulatory submission, track promotion performance, and provide reporting insights. The role will work closely with the sportsbook, casino teams, and retail poker rooms to coordinate cross-vertical promotions and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. This role involves a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, with a strong focus on execution (e.g., promotion setup, compliance, and reporting) while also contributing to creative strategy by developing promotion concepts and aligning offers with business KPIs.Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize promotions targeting key KPIs for the online poker platform (e.g., acquisition, retention, engagement). Write promotion terms and conditions and submit for regulatory approval.Work with the creative, CRM, and analytics teams to design and launch engaging promotional content. Collaborate with sportsbook and casino teams for cross-vertical promotions.Maintain and track a detailed promotion calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Monitor and report on the success of promotions, providing data-driven insights for optimization.Pull promotion reporting, track crediting of bonuses, and ensure accurate processing of bonuses for players.
