A Boston investment firm is seeking a Office Coordinator to provide general office management duties from January 6th, 2025 - Feb 2025
With the opportunity for a full-time permanent position.
Provide basic reception duties including answering and directing calls, greeting guests, prepare conference rooms for client meetings, maintain office documentation including filing, binding client presentations, maintain kitchen / ordering lunches and supplies.
Assist with basic bookkeeping functions.

2+ years of experience within reception / office manager / administrative
