EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to partner with and support our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment as well as project coordination. What Work You Will be Responsible For :

Provide reception coverage and ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Announcing clients as necessary and assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

Validate visitor parking.

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, distributing and sending out mail (Fed-Ex / UPS).

Responsible for going to and from the post office and bank as needed.

Assist with conference room reservations upon request and keeping it organized.

Assist with the set-up of new hire workstations and moves.

Clean out vacated workstations, wipe down and return equipment.

Prepare engagement letters.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Service and hospitality experience preferred as applicant would be a go to resource for any office related requests.

Maintain inventory for copy paper and refill copy machines and restock pantries as needed.

Assist with office activities such as birthdays and special events.

Organize and restock storage closets.

Basic Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience as a receptionist / office assistant in a professional setting

Preferred / Desired Qualifications :

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Physical Activity / Other Miscellaneous

Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on pending open tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good time management skills

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines

Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics
