We’re looking for a bilingual Office Assistant with a "can-do" attitude to be the welcoming face of our office. In this on-site role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also providing vital administrative support to keep our operations running seamlessly. If you excel in organization, communication, and multitasking, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Management : Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail.
- Administrative Support : Assist with data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication : Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation : Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications :
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM (Fully Onsite)
Salary : $16 / HR
