What You'll Do :

As the Office Manager , you're not just running the office - you're keeping our team at its best. You'll :

  • Own the Day-to-Day : Manage schedules, systems, budgets, and supplies like a pro. When the office runs smoothly, the whole team shines.
  • Support Customer Success : Be the friendly, professional voice that ensures our customers' needs are met from the first call to the final invoice.
  • Handle the Details : Oversee payroll, invoicing, and other key administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Lead Special Projects : Roll up your sleeves and tackle unique challenges as they arise, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Champion Team Culture : Help us hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team that works hard and enjoys what they do.

What You Bring to the Table :

We're looking for someone who's equal parts organized, resourceful, and energized by making a difference. Specifically, you :

  • Have 3+ years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a master multitasker - juggling priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Love problem-solving and always find ways to make systems more efficient.
  • Know your way around Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
  • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and a positive tone that brings people together.
