We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Works Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale public works projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Management : Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines for public works projects, including roads, underground, water / wastewater systems, and other municipal infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with community needs and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Oversight : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, safety, and zoning requirements.
• Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Progress Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, including elected officials and the public.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
