We are actively recruiting for an Executive Director for a "member based" organization that also supports a small but evolving Architecture Foundation. This dynamic leader will lead the team through a period of growth, leveraging the commitment and engagement of their dedicated staff and Board of Directors. This role is pivotal in achieving exceptional outcomes across all facets of the organization, focusing on empowering staff, engaging the Board, effective organization management, donor cultivation and stewardship, and the implementation of a sustainable and ambitious vision for success.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with the Board to establish and implement a clear vision for the organization.
- Articulate goals and objectives, implementing the strategy necessary to realize the vision.
- Ensure all programs, events, education and advocacy align closely with the organization's vision and mission, and increase member value.
