No problem...if you have successful sales experience in retail, automotive, insurance, etc., then you are off to a great start. If you are determined and ambitious, we can teach you the rest.What you'll get in return : You'll get a supportive work environment with co-workers and managers who value your work, your time and your perspective. Pay range : The compensation range for this role is $45,000 / year - $150,000 / year which includes a beginning guarantee + supplemental pay including commission. The beginning guarantee is $45,000 / year-$72,000 / year depending upon experience. Earned commissions, ranging from 5% to 20% net, based on the product sold, are paid when the 12-month guarantee is exceeded, or are the complete basis of compensation after 12 months. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis as earned.
