Responsibilities :

• Ensures Security Compliance : Monitors and enforces adherence to security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Project Implementation : Oversees or directly implements internal client projects, providing feedback and guidance to team members as needed.
• Escalation Point : Serves as a Level 4 escalation point for the support team, addressing complex issues.
• Staff Development : Participates in the technical development of staff, including training and mentoring team members.
• Training Programs : Develops and conducts comprehensive Information Security training programs.
• Technical Leadership : Acts as a technical expert and lead for departmental engineers and architects.
• Advanced Network Support : Functions as a Level IV Network Engineer, providing advanced functional and technical support.
• Additional Duties : Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Technical Expertise : Extensive experience with Cisco and Palo Alto, with Palo Alto experience being essential.
• IT Experience : 7-10 years of IT experience, including over 5 years in networking, technical domains, computer architecture, and operating systems (primarily LINUX, Windows, and Mobile).
• Information Security : Strong background in information security, with a deep understanding of business concepts such as financial requirements, compliance, and risk management.
• Project Management : Proven experience in managing large, complex implementations and deployments of security tools and programs.
