Job Summary :

The NetSuite Data Administrator will oversee the management and maintenance of company-wide data, with a primary focus on NetSuite as the core system. The role requires ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and other platforms, such as Shopify, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external system vendors to maintain smooth operations and develop scalable data solutions. This role reports into the Controller.

NetSuite Data Administrator

Duties / Responsibilities :

• NetSuite Management : Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, ensuring its optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• System Integration : Oversee the integration between NetSuite and other systems like Shopify, ensuring accurate data flow and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Module and Tool Development : Manage the WMS module within NetSuite and act as lead for the creation and integration of a PLM system.
• Vendor Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact with system vendors, including NetSuite, to resolve issues, and maximize the efficiency and use of our systems.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve database or integration issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for database structures, workflows, integrations, and processes.
• System Administration : Manage data management software, including upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Data Governance : Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
• Project Management Skills : Manage data projects from planning to implementation, including timelines and resource allocation in conjunction with IT.
• Data Reporting and Analysis : Generate actionable reports and insights from NetSuite and related systems for departments.
• Compliance Management : Ensure data practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards with the Ecomm Team.
