About the Company -

Hirewell is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the self storage real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in third-party management platforms and a strong understanding of the self-storage market, operations, and investment strategies.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the self-storage industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, and investors.
  • Present and promote third-party management solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities - Experience in self-storage real estate, property management, or related fields. Familiarity with third-party management platforms and their role in self-storage operations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
