We are looking for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images. We encourage you to apply if you are passionate about helping patients and have the necessary skills and qualifications.
Job Brief :
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients. This includes operating radiologic equipment to produce radiographs, fluoroscopic images, and other diagnostic images. The radiologic technologist also positions patients for imaging procedures, explains procedures to patients, and ensures patient comfort and safety. The radiologic technologist is responsible for occasional after-hours on-call responsibilities as assigned by the clinical services director.
Job Duties :
- Possesses knowledge of radiographic techniques, which consistently produce optimum diagnostic quality.
- Utilize radiologic machinery to capture diagnostic images of patients' anatomical structures.
- Prepare contrast media for safe administration to the patient as the physician prescribes.
- Ensures comfort and safety while positioning and immobilizing the patient for the procedure.
- Demonstrates a consistently high degree of accuracy in the accomplishments of daily activities.
- Uphold safety standards to minimize radiation exposure risks to patients and staff.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to guarantee top-quality patient care.
