Signature Products Group (SPG) is an industry leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of licensed products for some of the best brands in the world and we are looking for an energetic Merchandising Coordinator to join our incredible team.

A Merchandising Coordinator at SPG has the opportunity to support many facets of planning and coordination while working between different teams, vendors, and retail partners. The successful candidate will bring their experience and passion for consumer products and merchandising to align product presentation with sales goals and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities / Duties / Functions :

While the Merchandising Coordinator will assist in onboarding new vendors, creating proposals, and other misc. duties, the key functions of this role are to :

  • Support in the creating of planograms, including SKU lists, pricing and visuals
  • Support the company's fixture program including data entry, tracking of quotes, and working with various vendors
  • Support trade show efforts by creating packing lists, verifying graphic and fixture needs
  • Work alongside the sales team to answer fixture and graphic related questions

Requirements :

  • Ability to be agile and pivot with competing priorities
  • Ability to follow and meet timelines and deadlines

    • Preferred Experience Includes :

  • Retail experience at the store level
  • Experience in project / task management
  • 1-3 years product background in a relative industry
  • Strong working knowledge of fixtures, logistics, and retail practices
  • Experience with planogram software
  • Exposure to trade shows and corporate event planning
