Your Impactful Role :

As our Membership Secretary, you'll be the glue that holds our community together. From managing membership records to providing top-notch customer service, your contributions will be felt in every corner of our organization. Here's what you'll be doing :

• Membership Management : Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff.
• Customer Service Excellence : Field member inquiries, assist with applications and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Event Coordination : Help coordinate exciting member events and meetings, adding an extra touch of magic to our community.
• Administrative Wizardry : From office supplies to financial tasks, you'll keep things running like a well-oiled machine with your keen eye for detail and organization.
• Youth Interaction : Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience.
