We are seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
1. Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following specific dietary requirements.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
3. Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
4. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of meal services.
6. Provide friendly and attentive service to residents during meal times.
Qualifications :
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a food service setting is a plus.
3. Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
