Required Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, and MRP.
- At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including managing teams across multiple functions (purchasing, planning, quality control).
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to deliver results. Youll need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate your team, especially in the face of challenges.
- Technical Expertise :
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and other MS Office programs.
- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large-scale, cross-functional supply chain projects, navigating both tactical and strategic aspects.
