Description
TSP is engaged in a direct hire search for one of our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Science Liaison. Key aspects of this role will include engaging in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals that translate into meaningful insights, serving as a therapeutic expert and thought partner to internal teams, liaising between the client and clinical study sites / investigators, and providing support for medical education, advisory boards, and medical congresses.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and a skilled collaborator.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to advance scientific and medical knowledge.
- Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations, educational programs, and scientific discussions.
- Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other relevant scientific engagements to enhance the visibility of the client within the scientific and medical communities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, and other teams to support the development and execution of medical strategies and tactics.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $215,000 to $235,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, this position will include eligibility to earn a bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
