Job descriptionPromotes brand awareness and model the company's value of excellence as the face of the organization to the local medical community. Engages, develops and maintains relationships with individuals and groups involved in the field of prosthetics that have the capability of providing patient connections. Hosts and / or attends meetings, lunches / dinners and events to network with prospective and current referral sources Attends conferences and tradeshows. Follows up with all referral source leads in a timely manner. Schedules and delivers educational in-services and presentations Maintains collaborative communication with referral sources on patient progress to foster confidence and encourage and / or positively reinforce the referral decision. Bachelors degree preferred 5-7 years of business development experience in a medical service Valid drivers license & availability to travel frequently within territory. Ability to think strategically and develop tactical plans to achieve sales goals. Ability to take a proactive approach to generating and assessing new opportunities, and good business judgment to discern appropriate next steps. High degree of confidentiality and integrity. Professional demeanor and demonstrated sense of propriety as pertains to the medical community.
