Compensation : yearly
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests warmly and with a friendly attitude when they arrive at the front desk.
- Ensure that the check-in and check-out processes run smoothly for all guests, addressing any issues promptly.
- Efficiently manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Supervise the front desk team, offering guidance, training, and support to uphold high customer service standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment.
