POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for courteous and professional part-time Box Office Associates for the 2025 season to provide exceptional customer service to our fans by communicating information regarding events such as pricing, seating, order processing, and payment.
This is a part-time, seasonal position working between March through November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs. Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation : $15 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for fans, ensuring their visit starts on the right note.
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets in person and over the phone, using the ticketing system to process transactions.
- Address customer inquiries regarding ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies.
- Troubleshooting issues, such as reprints, exchanges, and account updates, professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve issues when they arise; escalate concerns, if necessary.
- Provide information and assistance regarding present and future games & events.
- Understand and demonstrate an understanding of stadium policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to work in moderate to very loud environments.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly in person and on the telephone.
SCHEDULE :
This part-time, hourly position works weekends, evenings, and holidays between March and November. Shifts will vary depending on event needs.
ABOUT OUR CLUB :
Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional Football clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021. The organization is rounded out by a comprehensive youth academy with the goal of developing players one day poised to join the professional ranks.
