Description
Biller - TEMPORARY POSITION 60 DAYS
The Biller is critical to creating timely invoicing for customers that we service. They ensure invoices are created timely and accurately.
The Biller also known as the invoicing specialist handles all invoices for their particular location. They ensure all information on the invoice matches the billing information for the associated job. Invoices may differ from customer to customer so the biller will be required to become familiar with each form and record the information properly. All invoices must be prepared and entered daily and completed by the end of the month.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
- Proven experience as Billing Specialist
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- Results-driven and patient
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Accuracy
- Efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with branches to bill customers according to relevant paperwork
Enter relevant data into billing system daily to ensure timely and accurate invoices.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and / or ability required. SAP , QuickBooks, Excel other ERP systems YEARS OF REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalency - previous billing or invoice experience. Quickbooks, excel other ERP systems experience is required
PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
May involve frequent sitting, standing, lifting, bending
Looking at computers screen for 8+ hours a day
Lifting 50+ pounds from time to time
