Position Summary : CSS is seeking a creative and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of our communication strategies. This part-time role focuses on creating compelling marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and producing print and digital articles to enhance our visibility and engagement within the community.This is a PART-TIME position - 20 hours per weekKey Responsibilities : Marketing Materials : Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and event invitations. Ensure consistency with the organization’s brand identity and mission.Social Media Management : Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Create engaging and timely content to grow followers and boost engagement. Monitor analytics to measure success and optimize campaigns.Print and Digital Articles : Write and edit articles highlighting the organization’s programs, events, and community impact. Collaborate with team members to collect and share compelling stories. Oversee distribution of articles through email newsletters, blogs, and external publications. Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with organizational goals.Event Promotion : Develop promotional campaigns for events, including online and offline outreach. Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors as needed.Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and materials.
