They have a presence in multiple states including New York, New Jersey and Florida and they are now looking to add an experienced Mechanical Engineer to their team in Miami.
Responsibilities
- Handling small to medium projects with minimal oversight
- Managing project teams and design initiatives
- Surveys, calculations, selections and layouts
- Assisting during construction administration process
- Managing the training and development of junior project team members
- Working on a wide range of projects including commercial buildings, residential and healthcare
- Specify equipment including pumps, heat exchangers, boilers, chillers, handlers and heat pumps
- Assist in design descriptions, design changes using relevant software (e.g. Revit)
- Design load calculations, equipment selection and mechanical system design
- Designing energy efficient systems
