to join the
Product Marketing & Graphics Team . You will be a key contributor in delivering compatible Accessories for the Stroller category to market and strive for product excellency.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to work alongside a Product Development team of Engineers, Designers, Quality, Graphic Design and Project Management. We want a candidate who has strong communication and attention to detail skills, ability to work in a team environment and be the voice of the product requirements based on marketplace knowledge and consumer insights. This role involves being hands-on throughout the development process, evaluating samples, validating established marketing requirements, and collaborating on packaging artwork to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and consumer expectations
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUReporting to the Product Marketing Manager for Strollers, you will collaborate and contribute to the development and line management for Stroller Accessories. You will be involved in a diverse range of accessories from those used for all-weather to travel to comfort inserts for baby.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop global concept briefs for our Accessory line with consumer and market insights and detailed product requirements.Monitor feature requirements from concept to production.Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure accessory compatibility with the stroller platform.Identifies product validation needs throughout the development process, including a thorough report of key findings and recommended action.Maintains an understanding of the category, competitive and consumer landscape.Collaborates with the product development team members across Design, Quality, Engineering and Program Management.Responsible for maintaining and achieving target cost based on margin goals.Lead the packaging strategy for stroller accessories by kicking off projects with the Graphics team, providing clear direction including competitive analysis, inspiration, and must-have product callouts.Review and provide feedback on packaging mockups, validating that key product benefits are clearly communicated before production.Work closely with Product Marketing Coordinator for accuracy of product information referenced by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience partners.Support product launch efforts by contributing to sales presentations, representing the brand at trade shows, and developing post-market launch assets in collaboration with marketing to ensure continued consumer engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Management3-5 years in product marketing or product development, preferably at a consumer goods companyPrevious experience working on brands and products with global presence a plus
