Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Grand Prairie. Our team is responsible for Electrical manufacturing consisting of PDRR and MSE / MRO / CFS.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to monitor the design sequence of operations and specific procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect production.
- Coordinating with Quality Manager to incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
- Overseeing the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools through preventative maintenance.
- Driving corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
