As a Performance Marketing Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization, you'll enhance the online customer experience and optimize digital marketing efforts. You'll participate in planning, executing and analyzing A / B tests and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates across digital products. You'll leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRO strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives.

About the Role

• Plan, execute and analyze A / B tests, multivariate tests and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRO best practices into overall digital strategies
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to conversion rates
• Provide actionable recommendations and updates to stakeholders
• Manage CRO tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support testing and optimization efforts
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
