Specially trained and highly experienced, our physician group treats a wide range of conditions using advanced technologies and minimally invasive techniques.Position Summary :

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician
• Interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), venipuncture and procedure as directed by the physician
• Documentation is recorded in the Electronic Medical Record in accordance with IPM guideline
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients
• Executes prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administers prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.
• Refers to and consults with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to prevent / resolve problems or concerns.
• Educates patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. • Completion of LPN / LVN nursing training from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year working as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of college or Technical School. Associate's degree preferred
• Current BLS / CPR certification required
