OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION

TL;DR  You love being hands-on in a team environment.

The Operations Specialist position facilitates several operational processes within the business ranging from evaluating incoming devices based on functionality and condition, warehouse logistics, to inventory management.

You will be part of a team responsible for keeping the business's daily warehouse and office operations running smoothly. You will be working to achieve clearly defined goals and metrics weekly.

No prior experience is required for this role! We are hiring 1-2 permanent team members and 1-2 seasonal team members to work with us part-time or full-time from now to May 2025.

You Should Be Able to..

• Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems ( we'll teach you the ones you need to know! ).
• Work with others in a collaborative environment, encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and ability to stand for 8 hours a day. While it doesn't happen every day - there are some days where this may be required.

Competitive Pay :  Starting pay is $18 an hour

Flexible scheduling :  This role requires you to work Monday - Friday, but we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.
