Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to loan origination, finance, underwriting, and customer service. You will work closely with borrowers to assess their financial needs, guide them through the loan process, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Loan origination, finance, and underwriting skills
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in loan processing and documentation
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Note this is a Commission Only Role; an Active NMLS license must be obtained to start work
