Hours Per Week : +40 hours
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting with the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and renewals
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and leases
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Utilize knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations in leasing processes
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
