Job Title :                         Linux Engineer Location :                          Onsite- Phoenix, AZ or Westerville, OH Duration :                          Contract Work Authorization :       (H1B / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / USC / GC) Mandatory Skills : Linux Engineer L3 Support Redhat(RHEL) Years of Experience : 9+ years Job Description : The Linux Platform Engineer will provide Level 3 RedHat Linux engineering expertise in a hybrid cloud environment With at least 5 years of experience that focuses on least privilege principles, best practice vulnerability remediations and OS uplift in an N-1 environment This role will provide design, implementation, and escalation support services for the Linux environment across the enterprise The Linux Platform Engineer will support and deliver the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of infrastructure lifecycle initiatives Within our customer-oriented IT organization, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, our technology, and the culture in which we operate. The Linux Platform Engineer will plan and implement, and appropriately complete assigned project initiatives, along with proactive lifecycle support, problem resolution and change request activities, as well as act as an escalation for Level 2 support cases. The Linux Platform Engineer will apply new solutions through research and collaboration within and across IT teams.
