Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards, including oysters, burgers, steaks, seafood, and sides.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with prep work and ensure station is stocked and ready for service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
