Overview :
LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support a Corporate Law department for a top client. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate law. You will play a crucial role in keeping our client's busy practice organized and efficient. The firm prides itself on providing a great work environment and positive culture!
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support corporate transactions.
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Prepare for client meetings by drafting minutes and resolutions, and assisting with other preparatory tasks.
- Monitor deadlines and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support corporate governance matters, including the maintenance of corporate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborate with the existing paralegal team to streamline processes and improve office operations.

Pay Details : $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
