We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, lead a team, and ensure top-tier service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and are passionate about property management, we want you on our team!
Compensation :
60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Resident & Client Relations : Provide outstanding service to residents and work closely with the Client Services team to meet property owner expectations.
- Retention & Performance : Implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates, minimize vacancies, and meet key performance metrics (rent collection, lease renewals, property performance).
- Vendor Management : Oversee vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Operational Leadership : Manage move-ins, move-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections in collaboration with the on-site team.
- Strategic Growth & Development : Actively contribute to the company's growth through participation in strategy and problem-solving meetings.
- Creative Problem-Solving : Innovate and optimize processes to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.
- Time Management & Multitasking : Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
