As an AV Engineer, your primary role will be within AV, wherVC Team, you'll be responsible for managing the conference room AV experience. We strive to improve user experience in collaboration, communication and productivity by identifying the AV needs of users, proactively testing new technological solutions, and monitoring / interpreting ticket data to find and reduce friction. We then provide tools, guidance and support to ensure the best experience. We value quick adaptation to new technologies and the ability to implement them swiftly and efficiently. You will also work cross-functionally within AV Events, which includes managing the setup, support, and teardown of AV equipment and coordinating with external vendors as necessary. This position requires flexible hours as events may take place after normal business hours or on the weekend. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
