Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law invites applications for one or more part-time, non-benefits eligible, faculty teaching positions. Candidates will be considered for adjunct or visiting appointments in academic year 2024-25.
The positions will be responsible for teaching course(s) in the JD or LLM programs, including creating a syllabus and course description, providing in-person instruction, creating exams, and submitting grades in a timely manner. Northwestern seeks applicants with a record of or potential for excellence in teaching and the ability to successfully mentor students.
Candidates must hold a JD degree, or an equivalent advanced law degree, from a U.S. or foreign law school, or a relevant masters degree and have a minimum of three years of professional experience in a law firm, government agency, or peer higher education institution. Preferred qualifications include teaching experience at the JD or LLM level.
