Job descriptionSupport the implementation and adherence to Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Manage project backlogs and ensure timely completion of sprint goals. Data Analysis & Reporting : Track project progress and generate reports on key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts). Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project workflows. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience within a product development environment. Proven experience with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in Jira project management software. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of product initiatives by providing project management support and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams.
