Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Java UI Developer to design and develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based front-end technologies, modern UI frameworks, and responsive web design principles. You will collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain interactive, user-friendly UIs using Java-based technologies (Swing, JavaFX, Vaadin) and modern web frameworks.

Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to create responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

Optimize UI components for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.

Troubleshoot UI issues and debug applications to ensure a smooth user experience.

Stay up to date with UI / UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance usability.

Work in an Agile / Scrum environment and participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Java-based UI frameworks (Swing, JavaFX, Vaadin, or JSP).

Experience with web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and microservices.

Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp).

Understanding of MVC, MVVM, or other UI design patterns.

Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress).

Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly UI development.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Exposure to Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
