Job descriptionProvide technical assistance to Projects Managers with documenting plans, schedules, status reports, meetings, and / or change requests. Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals and ensure timely project execution. Provide status updates on assigned work to other project managers. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, Texas Workforce Commission (TWC ) .
- Location : Remote.
Responsibilities
The Worker(s) will provide the following services :
Performs project coordination work as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Project Management Office, supporting one or more projects concurrently. Work involves coordinating the initiation, planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned Worker(s) tasks. Collaborates with all IT staff and business customers to accomplish work. Responsible for the planning, coordination, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.
