Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Director for a large financial company to oversee their Campus Commerce business segment. The IT Director will be responsible for the development and communication of a clear technology vision for Campus Commerce products, involving payment products, online sales products, refund products, and more. This individual will ensure they are prioritizing and executing on initiatives efficiently to deliver timely, quality results. The IT Director has a focus on understanding their business, being a part of the leadership team, aligning processes and supporting sales, all while creating and developing impactful software development teams. This role is a perm position and can pay $175,000 to $190,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in information technology
5+ years of experience holding a director-level or above position
The ability to actively and effectively speak on Product Development and its industry trends
Knowledgeable in both back-end and front-end technologies - Long-term experience with Quality Assurance methodologies & framework
Any certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile, or Change Management null
