We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Representative to join our growing IT Support and Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships, overcoming challenges, and delivering tailored IT solutions to businesses.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within IT support, MSP or related technology field
- Strong ability to connect with decision makers and navigate complex sales cycles
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools
