Rate : $55-60 / hr.c2c
NOTE : Austin and willing / able to drive to various site locations within Austin throughout the day. There is no mileage reimbursement.
Key Activities / Responsibilities :
- Assist in installs, maintains and provides technical support for users.
- Performs hardware, software, and applications support and preventative maintenance.
- Provides end-to-end environment appropriate support utilizing best practices and documented procedures. Develops, documents, publishes and provides communications.
- Works with customers : o diagnoses and resolves or escalates technical support o responds to Service Desk requests o purchasing to identify solutions and obtain quotes for those solutions.
- Functions as system administrator; responsible for inventory management and record keeping.
Required Qualifications :
Customer Service experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic environment.
Experience with enterprise software (ex. Microsoft, AutoCAD, Bentley, ArcGIS)
