About the Role
The Client Delivery Specialist will partner with wealth managers to execute on day-to-day investment operation-related responsibilities including but not limited to hedge funds, private equity funds, & real estate funds. The Specialist will liaise with numerous stakeholders, including financial advisors, legal teams, client services teams in addition to external parties such as investment managers, administrators, & custodians to ensure our clients receive timely, high-quality, & compliant documentation & service execution.
Responsibilities
Prepare & execute applicable investment documentation. This includes but is not limited to subscription documents, redemption notices, investment agreements, side letters, & transfer agreements
Liaise with investment managers, administrators, wealth managers, & custodians regarding private investment tasks & related inquiries
Gather & maintain client information for the completion of subscription documents
Coordinate with wealth managers & clients for document review & signature
Support capital calls & capital distributions of private investments
Review & analyze documents & key provisions related to private investments to understand the terms & conditions
Document policies & procedures & monitor to ensure compliance
Design & implement process improvement & leverage technology to drive efficiency
Complete ad hoc private investment related tasks as needed
Qualifications
1-5 years of client service or relevant financial industry experience preferred
Excellent client relation skills & the ability to foster & maintain exceptional client service
Well-organized & self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks & meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Wealth Managements products, policies, & practices
Knowledge of alternative investment lifecycles preferred, not required
High attention to detail & accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties & responsibilities
Devotion to collaboration & ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently
Must be proactive in assessing & acting upon client & company needs
Ability to evaluate, manage, & resolve unexpected & complex situations
High degree of flexibility & professionalism in a demanding, expanding & a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Comfortable with learning & leveraging new technologies to drive efficiency & scalability
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $70,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
