Job descriptionImplement best practices for inventory control and management within the Epicor system. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity. Manage inventory replenishment and allocation strategies to optimize stock levels. Provide support and training to team members on Epicor inventory processes and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role. Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems, with hands-on experience in inventory modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices. Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., APICS CPIM). Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. This position operates in a professional office environment. Occasional travel may be required to client sites or other company locations. We are an equal opportunity employer

Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Monitoring and Analysis :
Oversee and manage inventory levels within the Epicor ERP system to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards for management review.
Process Optimization :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and enhance efficiency.
Forecasting and Planning :
Assist in inventory forecasting and demand planning to meet client needs.
System Maintenance and Support :
Maintain the Epicor ERP system's inventory modules, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
