We design K-12 Schools, Water / Wastewater / Stormwater Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, Streets, Colleges and Universities, and Healthcare Facilities.

Our engineers and architects provide a wide range of professional services including architecture; civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, transportation, and environmental engineering; landscape architecture; and project management.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS

BCA is seeking Architecture and Engineering Interns for the Summer of 2024. We are seeking candidates who love a challenge and work well as part of a team solving problems in creative ways. The internship program is designed to provide valuable and relevant experience that will serve as a foundation throughout your career.

All BCA interns have the opportunity to meet and network with employees from other departments and divisions. The interns collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers gaining experience that is an integral part of the project workflow, supervised by licensed professionals. As an intern at BCA, you will work on projects, attend client meetings, visit construction jobsites, and participate in other day-to-day activities of the firm.

The intern program at BCA also includes real-world skill building activities intended to enhance your professional and personal development. These skill-building sessions include workshops such as intro to firm management and organization, intro to business development and marketing, industry related soft skills training, or assistance building your portfolio and / or resume.
