Responsibilities : Intake of initial patient referral received from the data entry of patient demographics, prescriber, medical therapy, insurance, financial information, etc.Files incoming documents corresponding to patient chart.Reviews referrals and follows up with patients for additional information if necessary.Inputs referrals, documents communications and actions in system.Requirements : HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume, interactive customer service or call center environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.1 year of Pharmacy experience.
