Description : We are seeking to hire a knowledgeable, motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to perform and coordinate preventative and reactive building and equipment maintenance.The right candidate will need to be safety-minded, able to work with 24v, 120v, 208v, 277v & 480 volt electricity and know motor controls. Must be able to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment, and / or be able to find the resources to keep things up and running. Equipment types vary from new and used fabricating shop equipment like : presses, coil lines, shears, powder coating paint booths and equipment, paint oven, paint conveyor line, forklifts, welders, CNC equipment, high definition plasma machine, spot welders, pem setters, tool sharpeners, overhead cranes, delivery trucks, pneumatics, hydraulics, air compressors, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, hand drills & grinders. Candidate must also be able to order, track and distribute tools and equipment. Responsibilities :

• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines without sacrificing attention to safety and detail.
• Familiar with OSHA standards, requirements and regulations.
• Full knowledge of Lock Out / Tag Out.
• Maintain and develop preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Able to work on heavy sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Be able to do electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Be willing to be part of a Safety committee.
• When machinery or equipment breaks down must be willing to work longer hours if necessary to ensure machinery or equipment is back on line to meet production and safety requirements.
