Responsibilities
- Process and oversee multiple payroll runs on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for up to 200 employees.
- Manage multi-state payroll compliance, including tax regulations and filings.
- Prepare and distribute W-2 forms and handle year-end payroll reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and maintain time and labor systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Calculate and report modified business taxes accurately.
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
