Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Implementation Planning : Develop and execute detailed implementation plans for strategic initiatives. Define tasks, assign responsibilities, and establish milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution of strategic projects. Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to address changing circumstances and priorities. Performance Measurement : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders on project outcomes and areas for improvement. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the organization. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning efforts. Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and report on budget variances to ensure cost-effective project delivery. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related role.Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing strategic initiatives and projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
