As a Benefit Specialist, you will help  union members, credit union members, and association families  understand and access life, accident, and supplemental health benefits—all from the comfort of their homes via Zoom calls. Responsibilities : Client Engagement : Reach out to  clients who have inquired about their benefits . Schedule appointments  to discuss and review the benefits in detail. Conduct  virtual benefit reviews  with clients via Zoom, providing them with tailored insurance solutions. Enrollment Support : Guide clients through the  enrollment process  for their life, accident, and health benefits. Finalize  report cards  for each client after completing their benefits overview, ensuring clarity and understanding of their coverage options. Relationship Building : Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns about their coverage. Qualifications : Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to engage with clients and explain benefits clearly and effectively over Zoom. Technical Proficiency : Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual communication tools, especially Zoom. Work Ethic : Dedicated to providing superior service and following through on client needs and inquiries. Dynamic Personality : A  positive, energetic  demeanor that fosters lasting client relationships. Time Management : Strong organizational skills to ensure productive and efficient scheduling and follow-up. Leadership Experience  (preferred) : While not required, leadership experience is a plus as it can open doors for further development and career advancement.
